Our account managers support our network of over 200 partner colleges and agencies that we provide lead generation services for. We are also at an exciting growth point, as we’ve expanded our portfolio to serve new audiences within the education space and have expanded our client base. As such, we’re looking for an experienced account manager to join our team with exceptional customer service skills and experience analyzing metrics to drive insights and meet goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with leading accredited universities and agencies, including negotiating costs per lead and resolving complex partner requirements
  • Own all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, including managing accounts receivable, diagnosing issues related to failed form submissions, and resolving reporting discrepancies with partners  
  • Finalizing contracts with our legal team for new accounts
  • Make changes to partner accounts and respond to emails from partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Responsible for renewal and growth within the existing client base
  • Training, mentoring and management of account specialists, who help support the needs of the department


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer service

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing

  • Ability to multitask, delegate, and work independently

  • Proficiency with Excel, and experience with data analysis and creating metric reports

  • Understanding of HTML and/or SQL a plus

Title: Account Manager

Position Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000-$75,000 (before bonuses) DOE
